27% Dividend: Small Stock Declares 1st Interim Dividend, To Go Ex-Dividend After Independence Day

Small Cap Castings & Forgings Company, SteelCast Ltd. today, Aug 03, informed that the Board of the company declared its First Interim Dividend of Rs 1.35 per equity share of Rs 5 each i.e. 27% for the financial Year 2023-24.

The Board has fixed Aug 16, 2023, as the Record Date for the said Interim dividend. The dividend will be paid on or before Sept 02, 2023. to the equity shareholders of the company.

"Declared an Interim Dividend @ Rs. 1.35 per equity share of Rs. 5 each (i.e. 27%) which will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration i.e. on or before 02nd September, 2023," the company said in an exchange filing.

Record Date

"the Board of Directors has fixed 16.08.2023 as the record date for the purpose of First Interim Dividend 2023-24 declared on 03.08.2023 at its meeting held on that date. We request you to ignore the record date 11.08.2023 as mentioned in the covering letter of outcome of the Board Meeting sent on 03.08.2023," the company said in an exchange filing.
