Four companies have recommended bonus share issuance that will take place in the month of July. The companies are Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Ltd., Xpro India Ltd., Swasti Vinayaka Art And Heritage Corporation Ltd., and Minda Industries Ltd. The bonus share issuance of these companies will take place in the first and second week of July. Below are the relevant details for your consideration:
1. Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Ltd
The board of directors of the Ratnamani Metals in their BSE filing stated, "The Board considered and recommended a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. One new bonus Equity Share of Rs.2/- each for every Two existing fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each, subject to approval by the members and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals through postal ballot. Further, the bonus shares will be credited to those members who are holding the equity shares as on a record date Friday, July 1, 2022." The record date is July 1, 2022 and the ex-bonus date is June 30, 2022.
Therefore, the small-cap company will issue one new bonus equity share for every two shares that the investors hold currently. The current share price is Rs 2505.85 apiece
2. Xpro India Ltd
The small-cap company have decided to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 which implies that it will issue one new bonus equity share for every two shares investors have in their possession. The board of directors of Xpro India Ltd has said, "Further to our letter dated ltrtay 25, 2022 inlimating, rnfer a/ia, about the Record Date for the purpose of proposed Bonus lssue, please be informed that the Record Date for the purpose of determining eligibility for the Bonus has been fixed by the Board of Directors as Monday, July 4, 2022 and not June 17, 2022 as communicated earlier. The ex-bonus date is 1 July, 2022. The record date is 4 July, 2022. The current share price is Rs 1144. 40 apiece.
3. Swasti Vinayaka Art And Heritage Corporation Ltd
The small-cap company has announce bonus share issuance in the ratio of 5:4 which means that shareholders will get 5 new bonus equity shares for every four share they hold. The ex-bonus date is declared at July 1, 2022. The record date is July 4, 2022. The board of directors of the company have announced, "Recommendation for the Bonus lssue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 5 (Five) shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company." The record date date is 4 July, 2022 and ex-bonus date is 1 July, 2022. The current share price of the stock is Rs 7.54 apiece.
4. Minda Industries Ltd
The Mid-Cap company has declared that it will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. It means that shareholders will get 1 new equity share for every 1 share they hold. The board discussed, approved and recommended the issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the company in the ratio of 1 (one) Bonus equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up (in the ratio of 1:1) held by the shareholders as on the "Record Date". The record date is 8 July and ex-bonus date is 7 July, 2022. The current share price is Rs 950 apiece.
