The company announced a bonus share issuance in the ratio of 5:1 on April 18, 2022, with the record date set for April 26, 2022, and the stock trading ex-bonus on Monday, April 25, 2022.
The company has informed BSE by saying that "With reference to captioned subject and previous intimations and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Tuesday, 26th April, 2022 has been fixed as the Revised Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement/ eligibility of Shareholders (Members) to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5:1 i.e. 5 (Five) Bonus Shares for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) each held by the member."

On the BSE, the stock closed at a market price of Rs 186.95 on Friday, up from Rs 178.05 the day before, a gain of Rs 8.90. (5.00 per cent).
