For the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2023, the Board of Directors recommended a dividend on equity shares at the rate of Rs. 30 per share (1500% of face value of Rs. 2 each). The aforementioned dividend will be credited or distributed on or around July 28 or July 29, 2023, if declared by the shareholders at the next annual general meeting. Friday, 30 June 2023 has been set as the record date for identifying the members who are entitled to receive the dividend for FY23.

Due to the T+1 settlement type of the company, the ex-dividend date is also falling on the same day. The shares of Bajaj Finance Limited opened today at Rs 6990.10 apiece on the BSE.

"In line with the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy, the Board of Directors have recommended a dividend at the rate Rs. 0.80 per share (80%) of face value of Rs. 1 on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or about Friday, 28 July 2023 or Saturday, 29 July 2023. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, has been fixed as Friday, 30 June 2023," said Bajaj Finserv in a stock exchange filing.
The ex-date for Bajaj Finserv's dividend is 30 June 2023 due to the T+1 settlement type of the company.
The shares of Bajaj Finserv opened at Rs 1495.05 apiece on the BSE on Monday.
Bajaj Auto
For the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2023, the Board of Directors approved or recommended a dividend on equity shares at a rate of Rs. 140 per share (1400%) of face value of Rs. If declared by the shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting, the aforementioned dividend will be credited or distributed around July 28, 2023.
"The Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 30 June 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose," said Bajaj Auto in a stock exchange filing.
30th June 2023 has been fixed as ex-dividend date by the company.
On Monday, the shares of Bajaj Auto opened on the BSE at Rs 4684.95.

"Kindly further note that a final dividend at the rate of Rs. 13 per share (130%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares of the Company has been recommended by the Board of Directors today, for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on 31 July 2023 and/or 1 August 2023. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, has been fixed as Friday, 30 June 2023," said Bajaj Holdings & Investment in a stock exchange filing.
Due to the T+1 settlement type of Bajaj Holdings & Investment, the ex-dividend date is also falling on the same day Friday, 30 June.
The shares of Bajaj Holdings & Investment opened today on the BSE at Rs 6828.40.
