4 Companies That Will Soon Offer Bonus Shares To Their Shareholders

4 Companies in the month of July made announcements pertaining to bonus issue. These companies are Sarveshwar Foods, GNA Axles, Sunrise Efficient Marketing, and Lancor Holdings. Some of these companies have already fixed record date for bonus shares. Check details below:

1. Sarveshwar Foods: The company will consider the proposal of bonus share and stock split its upcoming meeting scheduled to be held on August 2, 2023.

It stated in its July 17 BSE filing, "In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 02, 2023, inter-alia, to consider and approve the followings items: 1] The proposal for sub-division/split of Equity Shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10/- each in such manner as the Board may determine. 2] The proposal of issuance of Bonus shares to the security holders of the Company."

Last trading price of Sarveshwar Foods share is Rs 87.35 per share. Its 52-week high price is Rs 95.95 per share and 52-week low price is Rs 62.60 per share, respectively. Its market capitalisation is Rs 267.27 crore. In last 1-month Sarveshwar Foods share offered 21% return and soared 14% in last 3-months.

2. GNA Axles: The company recommended 1:1 bonus issue on July 21 and fixed August 11 as the record date. As per its BSE filing date July 21, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, August 11, 2023 as the Record Date for determining eligibility of the shareholders for issuance of Bonus Equity Share of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot."

Last trading price of GNA Axles stock is Rs 935.65 per share on BSE as on July 21, 2023. G N A Axles shares delivered 446% return in last 3-years.
