Large cap NBFC sector stock, Shriram Finance Ltd informed BSE that the board of directors of the company will hold a meeting on October 26, 2023 to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. The company will also consider the proposal of declaration of interim dividend for FY 2023-24. Earlier, Shriram Finance declared a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up for the FY 2022-23 and it traded ex-dividend on June 16, 2023. Shriram Finance To Announce Quarterly Results, Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company dated October 16, 2023, "We inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, inter-alia to consider:

1. Approval of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
2. Declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24, if any.
3. Approval of periodical resource mobilisation plan for issuance of debt securities viz. redeemable non-convertible debentures ('NCDs')/ subordinated debentures, bonds on private placement basis in tranches or any other methods of borrowing in onshore/offshore market for the purpose of business of the Company.
We further inform you that subject to the approval of interim dividend for the financial year 2023-24 at the said Board Meeting, the record date for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend shall be Monday, November 6, 2023."

Its total Asset Under Management or AUM as on June 30, 2023 announced at Rs 1,93,214.66 crore as against Rs 1,62,970.04 crore as on June 30, 2022.
