50% Dividend: Multibagger Small Cap Stock Approves Rs 2.5/Share Interim Dividend, Fixes Record Date

Small cap MAerospace & Defence Company, Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. in a regulatory filing on Friday, July 28, informed that the company has approved an Interim Dividend of Rs 2.5/- per Equity Share i.e., 50% of Rs 5/-each for Financial Year 2023-24.

Along with the declaration of Dividend, the company also fixed the record date for the said dividend as Aug 08, 2023. The market cap of Taneja Aerospace & Aviation is Rs 579.39 Crore.

"Declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- (50%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2023-24," the Board of Directors of the company has said.

It added, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date, i.e., August 08, 2023, for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend has been already intimated to the Exchange vide our earlier letter dt. July 21, 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched to the shareholders on or before August 27, 2023."

On Friday, the shares of Taneja Aerospace & Aviation declined 3.91%, ended at Rs 232.40 apiece on BSE with intraday high and low of Rs 246 and 226.25, respectively.
