Founded in 1986, Ashiana Housing Ltd. is an Indian real estate development firm with its headquarters located in New Delhi. Furthermore, an interim dividend has been issued by the small-cap real estate stock for the fiscal year that ends on March 31, 2025. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 28th March considered and declared "Interim Dividend at 50% i.e. Rs. 1 /- (One Rupee Only) per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share each, for the financial year ending on 31st March 2025, and such a dividend will be paid on or before 28th April 2025 (Monday) to those members whose names are registered in the Register of Members of the company as on the Record Date. Fixed 11th April 2025 (Friday) as Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for such Interim Dividend," said Ashiana Housing in a regulatory filing on Friday.

"Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 28th March 2025, to consider, discuss, and transact the following agenda item, along with other routine matters: To consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31st March 2025," Ashiana Housing confirmed in a stock exchange filing.
"Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and Company's Code of Conduct on Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will remain closed from 01st April 2025 for all the Designated Employees, their immediate relatives and Insiders for dealing in any transaction of the shares of the Company. The Trading Window will re-open after 48 hours of announcement/declaration of the Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year and quarter ended 31st March 2025," Ashiana Housing stated in a regulatory filing.

The company recently declared on March 25th that it converted 293 units into bookings for the "Ashiana Nitara" project. The units totaled around 3.94 lakh square feet and had a selling value of Rs 173.39 crores. Beginning on March 22, 2025, the Expression of Interest (EOI) to Booking conversion procedure is still in progress. In the Premium Homes project "Ashiana Nitara," located in Bhankrota, Jaipur, Rajasthan, the company has introduced 336 apartments, including 2 and 3 BHK options.
