C. Rights Issue

This small cap company announced on 7th July 2022 that the company will be doing a rights issue in the ratio of 9:10. Those preferential shareholders who have 9 stocks of the company at a face value of Rs 10 will get additional 10 shares at a premium of Rs 8. The names of shareholders recorded till 2nd June 2023 will be entitled to it.
