Markets are marginally down in trade today after a stellar rally of the last 2-days. Here are 8 stocks that have dropped to the lower end of the circuit filter and are down 5% at the time of writing.

Investors are advised to stay away from stocks that are penny stocks. Generally, high quality stocks tend to rarely get stuck at the lower end of the circuit filter. Some of these stocks can be extremely volatile and investors can burn their fingers. Having said that if there is a case for a fundamentally sound company one can invest as well.
However, some of these company stocks tend to fall also on the basis of roumors of unconfirmed reports. Investors should therefore exercise caution. The above are just a list of stocks that are stuck at the lower end of the circuit filter and are no way our recommendations.
We believe that the stock markets themselves are over priced at these levels.
According to Siddhartha Khemka, Head - Retail Research, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd Indian equity market witnessed strong positive Momentum for the second consecutive day on the back of positive global cues and status quo maintained by RBI policy committee.
"RBI in its monetary policy meeting decided to keep repo rate unchanged at 4%. The central bank retained its GDP growth forecast at 9.5%, and inflation at 5.3 % for the full year. Both Nifty and Bank Nifty are recovering well from the recent correction. Strength is clearly visible along with strong buying interest in the market. Hence traders are advised to maintain buy on dips strategy for the next few days," he stated.
