Aerospace & Defence Company Declares 25% Interim Dividend, Shares Tanked 14.32%; Know More

Small cap Aerospace & Defence company, Dreamfolks Services Ltd. on Wednesday in an exchange filing informed that the company has declared an Interim Dividend at 25% i.e. Rs 0.50/share of Rs 2 each for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.

"Declaration of interim dividend of INR 0.50/-(Fifty paisa only) per equity share of INR 2/each for the Quater ending 30th June, 2023. The rate of interim dividend is 25% of the equity share of INR 2/-each," the Board said in an exchange filing.

Shares of Dreamfolks Services on Wednesday touched a lower circuit at Rs 621.45 on BSE, and ended at Rs 665.60 per share, down 14.32% compared to the previous on BSE. It hit an intraday high of Rs 798 and an intraday low of Rs 621.45.

The shares declined 18.54% in 1 the last 1 week. In 3 months, it gained 47.78% and in 6 months, it gained 65.83%. It gained 80. 60% YTD. It has a market cap of Rs 3,529.40 Crore.
