AU Small Finance Bank Hikes FD Rates on Deposit, Effective From 24 June, Check Latest Rates

Interest rates on loans of all maturities, savings accounts, and fixed deposits have quickly increased by lenders in both, public and private sector banks. Among various banks that hiked interest rates on fixed deposits in the last 2 weeks, AU Small Finance Bank has also hiked the interest rates on various tenures for deposits below 2 crores. This development by the bank came after days the RBI raised interest rates by 50 basis points in anticipation of ending its accommodative policy.

AU Small Finance Bank Fixed Deposit

Interest rates on fixed deposits under 2 crore rupees have been hiked at AU Small Finance Bank effective from 24 June 2022. The bank is now offering 4.75 per cent and 5.25 per cent to senior citizens' interest rates for tenure 3 months 1 day to 6 months, and 5.35 per cent and 5.85 per cent to senior citizens for tenure 6 months 1 day to 12 months. For tenure of 12 Months 1 day to 15 Moths, the bank offers interest of 6.60 on normal deposits and 7.10 per cent on senior citizen deposits. For maturity periods 15 months 1 day to 24 months and 45 months 1 day to 60 months, the bank offers 6.45 per cent on normal deposits and 6.95 per cent on senior citizen deposits. For maturity periods 24 months 1 day to 45 months and 60 months to 120 months, the bank offers an interest rate of 6.90 per cent on normal deposits and 7.40 per cent on senior citizen deposits.
