CDGS Stock To Mull Bonus Shares This Week, FIIs Stake Dip 29% In Q4

Kamdhenu Ventures is a small cap Consumer Discretionary company that recorded a market cap of Rs 768.60 Cr during Friday's closing session. The company is all set to mull bonus shares this week for its eligible shareholders.

"We wish to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Kamdhenu Ventures Limited (the 'Company') is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28th day of June, 2023, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal for Issuance of Bonus Shares to Equity Shareholders of the Company, in the ratio, as they may deem fit, subject to requisite approval of Shareholders and Statutory and Regulatory Authorities," said Kamdhenu Ventures in a stock exchange filing.

The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 2.48 crore during the quarter ended March 31, 2023 compared to a net loss of Rs 3.25 crore in Q3 FY23. The company's net consolidated total income stood at Rs 70.97 crore in Q4 FY23 compared to Rs 69.69 crore it registered in Q3 FY23.

On Friday, the shares of Kamdhenu Ventures closed on the BSE at Rs 244.50 apiece down by 0.69% from the previous close of Rs 246.20. The stock made a 52-week-high of Rs 255.30 on (04/05/2023) and a 52-week-low of Rs 125.60 on (14/02/2023).

The company reported a promoters' stake of 58.74%, FIIs stake of 0.31%, DIIs stake of 0.02% and public stake of 40.94% during Q4FY23. As per the data of Trendlyne, promoters holding of the company was flat at 58.74% in March 2023 quarter, FII/FPI shareholding dropped massively from 29.35% in December 2022 quarter to 0.31% in March 2023 quarter, mutual funds stake dropped from 0.29% to 0.02% and institutional investors have decreased their holdings from 1.33% in Q3FY23 to 0.34% in Q4FY23.
