Check Axis Bank Non-Withdrawable Fixed Deposit Interest Rates W.e.f. 21.03.2022
Axis Bank offers a one-of-a-kind deposit product called "FIXED DEPOSIT PLUS," which prohibits investors from making premature withdrawals. This option is accessible to all NRI and domestic customers, and the interest rate is available on a simple or compounding basis for a minimum amount of Rs. 5,00,00,000. Coming to interest rates, it's worth noting that the bank has revised interest rates on March 21, 2022. The bank has adjusted interest rates on all types of deposits, including NRI/NRO deposits and domestic fixed deposits, in addition to the "Fixed Deposit Plus" account. The bank has increased interest rates by 5 bps on deposits maturing in one year 11 days to one year 25 days for Indian residents; more details can be found here.
Axis Bank Fixed Deposit Plus Interest Rates
A minimum deposit of Rs 5 Cr is required for "Fixed Deposit Plus" accounts, with no upper limit. Customers can book an FD for a period of 7 days to 10 years, with no auto-renewal or premature withdrawal options. The bank pays the interest amount on a monthly and quarterly basis, with TDS applied. The bank is giving the following interest rates on "Fixed Deposit Plus" accounts as of March 21, 2022.
