Orient Electric Sets Record Date For Dividend: According to the regulatory filing of Orient Electric, "Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, we further wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 27th day of July, 2023 to Wednesday, 2nd day of August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 7th AGM. Further, the Company has fixed Thursday, 27th day of July, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement for the payment of Final Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023 at the rate of Re. 0.75 (75%) per share of Re. 1 each, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 12, 2023. The payment of Final Dividend is subject to the approval of the members at the 7th AGM."
