DCB Bank Hikes Interest Rates On Fixed Deposits of Less Than Rs 2 Cr
The interest rate on fixed deposits of less than Rs. 2 crores has been raised by DCB Bank, a private sector lender. The adjustment has been done today, March 7th, 2022. Following the revision, the bank is now giving a 6.00 percent interest rate on deposits maturing in 15 months to less than 18 months, up from 5.50 percent before. The bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 18 months or less than 700 days from 5.50 percent to 6.25 percent. The bank increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 700 days from 5.95 percent to 6.25 percent. The bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in more than 700 days to less than 36 months from 5.50 percent to 6.25 percent. The bank has increased the interest rate on deposits maturing in 36 months to 120 months from 5.95 percent to 6.25 percent. Senior citizens will continue to get an additional rate of 0.50% over and above the regular rate across all tenors.
