KPT Industries Declares Payment Date of Dividend For 2022-23: The company declared the payment date of dividend as October 11 and stated in its October 3 regulatory filing, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the date of payment of dividend for the year 2022-2023 is 11th October, 2023."

As per the BSE filing, "Pursuant to Regulation 30 of DEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015. we hereby inform you that the Members of KPT Industries Limited have approved and declared a dividend, as recommended by the board, at 30% for the FY 2022-2023 i.e. Rs. 1.50 (Rupees One and fifty paise Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each, aggregating to Rs. 51 .00 lakhs, in their Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, the 16th September, 2023, at the Registered office of the Company situated at Gat No. 320, Mouje Agar, Tal. Shirol, Dist. Kolhapur, 416103."
