IndusInd Bank Revises Savings Account Rates; Get As High As 6.75% On These Balance Slabs

IndusInd Bank has made interest rate revisions on savings accounts and the revised rates are applicable to Domestic / Non-Resident (NRO/NRE) accounts. Customers with savings accounts at the bank can now earn as much as 6.75% on the specified balance slab after the modification, which was announced by the bank on December 5th. IndusInd Bank is one of the commercial and public sector banks that offers higher interest rates on savings accounts-6.75%.

IndusInd Bank Savings Account Interest Rates

The bank offers an interest rate of 3.50% on savings accounts with daily balances up to Rs. 1 lakh, while IndusInd Bank pays an interest rate of 5.00% on accounts with daily balances above Rs. 1 lakh and up to Rs. 10 lakhs. Interest rates are as follows: 6.00% for savings accounts with daily balances above Rs. 10 lakhs up to Rs. 25 lakhs, and 6.75% for accounts with daily balances above Rs. 25 lakhs up to Rs. 50 Crs.

These rates are offered by IndusInd Bank. The interest rate on savings accounts with daily balances over Rs. 50 Cr. and up to Rs. 100 Cr. is 6.00%.

IndusInd Bank FD Rates

The bank modified the interest rates on its fixed deposits of less than Rs 2 Cr. on December 1, 2023. The bank is providing interest rates of 3.50% to 7.00% for the general public and 4.25% to 7.75% for senior citizens on terms ranging from 7 days to 10 years. IndusInd Bank is giving a maximum return of 7.50% on FD tenures of one to two years, with senior citizens receiving 8.25%. The interest rate for the five-year Indus Tax Saver Scheme is 8.00% for elderly individuals and 7.25% for non-senior citizens.
