According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Avance Technologies Ltd., "Sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the company from 1 (One) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten only) fully paid up into 2 (Two) equity shares having face value of Rs. 5/- each (Rupees Five only) fully paid up, subject to approval of members of the Company. The Record Date for the proposed sub-division/split shall be decided by the board and will be intimated to the stock exchange in due course. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure B."
