The second interim dividend for Financial Year 2022-23 has been declared by the board of directors of QGO Finance Ltd at its meeting held on November 07, 2022. The said dividend is at 1%, i.e. Rs 0.1 per equity share. The Record Date for determining whether shareholders are eligible to receive the Second Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 is also fixed by the board as Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of the company on November 07, 2022, "Declaration of Second Interim Dividend at 1% (One Percent) ie Rs 0.1 per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the FY 2022-23. Further, it is hereby informed that Wednesday, November 16, 2022 shall be reckoned as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Second Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23."
