Adani Total Gas Corrects Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Adani Total Gas, "With reference to above cited subject and in continuation to our intimation dated 26th June, 2023, we wish to inform that an inadvertent typographical error has occurred in mentioning 'Record Date' for the purpose of Dividend, kindly read the same as Friday, 7th July, 2023 instead of 7th July, 2022."

Adani Total Gas Recommended Dividend On May 2, 2023: According to the regulatory filing of the company, "The Board has recommended Dividend of Re. 0.25/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company. The Company will inform in due course the date on which the Company will hold AGM for the year ended 31st March, 2023 and the date from which dividend will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders."
