The company has declared a 260% final dividend for FY23 and for the purpose of the same record date has been finalized.

The Board of Directors of the company have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.60 per equity share on 2,92,30,630 shares of Re. 1 each fully paid up for the financial year 2022-23.

"Thursday September 14, 2023 as the Record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility criteria of shareholders to receive Final Dividend for the Financial year 2022-23 and to attend /vote at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 21, 2023," said Amrutanjan Health Care in a stock exchange filing.

2023 (Thursday) and the share transfer register shall be closed from Friday, September 15, 2023 to Thursday, September 21, 2023 (both days inclusive).

The company reported a net income of Rs 81.55 in Q1FY24 compared to Rs 73.97 Cr in Q1FY23. Its net expenses stood at Rs 72.10 Cr during the quarter ended June 2023 compared to Rs 68.69 Cr reported in the same quarter of FY23. Its EBIT reached Rs 9.45 Cr in Q1FY24 compared to Rs 5.27 Cr reported in the quarter ended June 2022. The company reported a net profit of Rs 7.01 Cr in the quarter under review compared to Rs 3.66 Cr in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The EPS of Amrutanjan Health Care stood at Rs 2.40 as against Rs 1.25 in the year-ago quarter.

On Thursday, the shares of Amrutanjan Health Care opened on the BSE at Rs 643.05 apiece and while writing this copy the scrip was trading at Rs 645 apiece with a downside gap of 0.48% over the previous close of Rs 648.10. The stock made a 52-week-high of Rs 849.95 on (12/08/2022) and a 52-week-low of Rs 552.85 on (31/03/2023). During Q1FY24, the company reported promoter shareholding of 50.03%, FIIs stake of 0.69%, DIIs stake of 7.22%, public stake of 41.87% and others stake of 0.18%.
