"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., March 25, 2025 have declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.250%) for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders eligible to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend is Wednesday, April 02, 2025. The above said Interim Dividend, subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be paid on or before April 23, 2025," said ADC India Communications in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.
Closure of Trading Window
"Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons will remain closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025," ADC India Communications informed stock exchanges on Wednesday.

According to Moneycontrol, the company's standalone net sales for the December 2024 quarter were Rs 41.93 crore, which was 0.34% less than the December 2023 quarter's sales of Rs 42.07 crore. In the quarter ending in December 2024, its net profit was Rs. 5.83 crore, an 8.7% drop from Rs. 6.38 crore in the quarter ending in December 2023. EBITDA dropped 9.09% from Rs. 8.58 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs. 7.80 crore in Q3FY25.

"ADC India Communications Limited is currently trading at Rs 1,183.70, with a positive trend in the market. The stock has a strong support level at Rs 1,120, while resistance is seen at Rs 1,340. Analysts forecast a potential upside, with a one-year target of Rs 1,620.22, indicating a possible 36.88% growth. However, technical indicators suggest a neutral stance, advising investors to be cautious and evaluate multiple factors before making investment decisions," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
"ADC India stock price is bearish on the Daily charts with strong resistance at 1270. A Daily close below support of 1122 could lead to a target of 1000 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
