Balmer Lawrie Investments To Go Ex-Dividend On September 20: Its board of directors on May 30, 2023 announced Rs 33/share dividend and issued BSE filing saying, "Further to our intimation dated lOth May, 2023 read with intimation dated 23rd May, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting dated 30th May, 2023 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 33/- (Rupees thirty three only) per Equity Share on 2,21,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2023." Earlier this year on August 8, 2023, Balmer Lawries set September 20, 2023 as ex-dividend date. It issued in its exchange filing, "Upon declaration by the Members, dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the 22nd AGM to those Members, who are holding shares of the Company as on the cut-off date, Wednesday, 20th September, 2023 (end of day)."
