Balmer Lawrie Investments Recommended Dividend: The board of directors of the company on May 30, 2023 recommended Rs 33/share dividend and stated in the BSE filing, "Further to our intimation dated lOth May, 2023 read with intimation dated 23rd May, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30(2) and 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting dated 30th May, 2023 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 33/- (Rupees thirty three only) per Equity Share on 2,21,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2023."
