The two ICICI group stocks that have announced their financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, together with dividends for shareholders, are ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited. Following the announcement, Icici Prudential Life's stock closed Wednesday's trading session 3.09% higher at Rs 584.65 per share, while ICICI Lombard's stock ended the day 0.53% lower at Rs 1,813 per share.

ICICI Prudential Dividend
The Board of Directors declared "Recommendation of final dividend of Rs 0.85 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each, to the shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Please note that the final dividend shall be paid to the eligible shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," said ICICI Prudential in a regulatory filing.
ICICI Prudential Q4FY25 Result
For FY2025, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 39.6% to Rs 1,189 crore. In FY2025, the present value of future profits, or the Value of New Business (VNB), was Rs 2,370 crore, with a VNB margin of 22.8%. To reach Rs 10,407 crore in FY2025, the total Annualised Premium Equivalent (APE) increased by 15% annually. In FY2025, APE's retail protection business rose by 25.1% year over year to reach Rs 598 crore. In FY2025, the annuity business expanded at a two-year CAGR of 31.4%. In FY2025, the retail New Business Sum Assured (NBSA) of the company climbed 37% YoY to Rs 3.32 lakh crore. As of March 31, 2025, the company's assets under management were 3.09 lakh crore.
ICICI Prudential Share Price Target
"ICICI Prudential is holding firm above its recent breakout level of ₹570, indicating sustained bullish momentum. The daily RSI is likely in a healthy range, supporting further upside. If it crosses ₹590-₹595, it can move toward ₹610-₹620. The trend remains positive, and dips near ₹570 can offer a good entry opportunity," said Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
""ICICI Prudential stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 567. A Daily close above resistance of 606 could lead to a target of 642 in the near term," stated A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
ICICI Lombard Dividend
"The Board have recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.0/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 70% of face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members on or after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company," said ICICI Lombard in a stock exchange filing.
ICICI Lombard Q4FY25 Result
ICICI Lombard announced on Tuesday that its net profit for the fourth quarter, which ended on March 31, had fallen by 2% to Rs 510 crore. In the year-ago quarter, the insurance company posted a net profit of Rs 520 crore. The company's overall income increased to Rs 5,851 crore during Q4FY25 from Rs 5,165 crore during the same time last year. In comparison to the same quarter last year, when it was Rs 6,073 crore, the company's total direct premium income increased by 2.3% to Rs 6,211 crore.
ICICI Lombard Share Price Target
