Kama Holdings Bonus Issue Announced On September 1, 2023: According to the exchange filing of Kama Holdings dated today, "In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 01:45 p.m.) inter-alia considered and approved Increase in the Authorised Share Capital and Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot in compliance with the applicable laws."

Kama Holdings Announced Interim Dividend: According to the BSE filing of the company as on August 23, "We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend @ 820% i.e. Rs. 82 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Thursday, the 31 st August 2023 which has already been communicated to Exchanges by letter dated 16 th August, 2023."
