The company in its exchange filing on 9th March 2023, has said, "This is with reference to the letter dated 6th March, 2023 intimating the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive Interim Dividend for the year 2022-23, wherein we have intimated the 17th March, 2023 as the Record Date instead of 22nd March, 2023 due to typographical error. In view of the above, the Record date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on 14th March, 2023, shall be Wednesday, 22nd March, 2023 instead of Friday, 17th March, 2023."
