Small Cap Company Fixes Record Date For Final Dividend On Sept 15, Stock Up 36.68% In 1 Month

Services sector company Veritas (India) Ltd. has fixed the record date for the final dividend on Friday, Sept 15, 2023. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

According to the Board's filing, the Thirty- Eight Annual General Meeting ("38th AGM") of the Company will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM).

"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that Record Date has been fixed on Friday, September 15, 2023 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the Members to the final dividend for financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM," the Board said in a filing.

The shares closed 1.95% lower at Rs 239.25 apiece on Friday on the BSE. It hit intraday highs and lows of Rs 248.180 and Rs 239.15, respectively.
