"

The said dividend if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.

The board of directors also stated on August 12 in its bse filing, "Upon declaration by the members, dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 shall be paid within 30 days of the 21 st AGM to those shareholders, who are holding shares of the Company as on Tuesday, 20th September, 2022 (end of day)."
