Services Sector small cap company Matrimony.com Ltd. on July 11, 2023, fixed Record Date for 100% final dividend as Thursday, August 03, 2023, for the 100% final dividend. The Board of directors in a meeting held on May 09, 2023, declared 100% final dividend i.e. Rs 5 per share of Rs 5 each. The company has a market cap of Rs 1,402.08 Crore.

Record Date for Dividend

In an exchange filing, Matrimony.com Ltd. said, "we would like to inform you that the Company has fixed "Thursday", 03rd August 2023" as record date for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders towards payment of Dividend."

It added, "The Annual General meeting is scheduled to be held on 09th August 2023."

100% Dividend

In a regulatory filing, the Board of Directors of Matrimony.com Ltd. said, "Recommended the declaration of final dividend of Rs.5/- per share (Rs. 100%) of Rs.5/- each."
