Small cap Services sector company, Gateway Distriparks Ltd. to consider its first interim dividend for the financial year 2022-2023 on Wednesday, Aug, 02, 2023. Tthe company fixes Record Date for the said dividend as Monday, Aug 14, 2023. The company informed the same in an exchange filing on July 21, 2023. The market cap of Gateway Distriparks is Rs 3,704.86 Crore.

"To consider the declaration of first interim dividend, if any, to the members of the Company for the financial year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the members for the interim dividend, if declared, will be Monday, August 14, 2023," the company said in a filing.

On Friday, The share price of Gateway Distriparks closed 1.28% higher at Rs 74.15 apiece. The stock is trading 3.3% away from its 52-week high of Rs 76.60 apiece on BSE. Its 52 week low is Rs 58.50 apiece.
