"Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Company has fixed Tuesday, March 04th, 2025 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:2, which is subject to the approval of shareholder's," said SBC Exports in a stock exchange filing.

The company's December 2024 quarter net sales of Rs 72.04 crore were increased 38.65% from the December 2023 quarter's net sales of Rs 51.96 crore. In the quarter that ended in December 2024, its net profit was Rs. 3.58 crore, rising 24.76% from Rs. 2.87 crore in the quarter that ended in December 2023. EBITDA climbed 27.53% from Rs. 4.65 crore in Q3FY24 to Rs. 5.93 crore in Q3FY25.

"SBC Exports stock price is slightly bullish on the Daily charts with strong support at 18.2. A Daily close above resistance of 20.5 could lead to a target of 23 in the near term," commented A R Ramachandran, Independent Research Analyst.
