2100% Final Dividend

Eicher Motors declared a final dividend of Rs 21 per equity share i.e. 2100 per cent of the face value of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2021-22. The declared dividend will trade ex-dividend next month on 12 August 2022. The company has not announced the record date for the same, however, the Dividend must be paid or sent within 30 days of the approval date by the shareholders.

On May 13, 2022, Eicher Motors Limited in its regulatory filing to NSE & BSE, said, "Subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting, approved dividend of Rs. 21/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders' approval."
