The Board of Directors of Bharat Electronics Limited on May 23, 2022, declared an equity final dividend of 150% amounting to Rs 1.50 per equity share for the FY 2021- 22 for the year ended on 31st March 2022. In March 2022, the Company also announced an interim of Rs 1.50 per equity share i.e., equal to 150%.
 
 Bharat Electronics in its regulatory filing to BSE on May 23, 2022, stated, "Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd May, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50/- per equity share (150%) of Rs 1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval by the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company."
 
 The ex-dividend date of the declared final dividend is August 8 2020. The company has not yet announced the record date for the same.
