In a filing to the exchange, dated January 21, 2023 of this small cap company announced, "there will be a board meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th day of January 2023 at 03:00 P.M, inter alia to consider the allotment of 28,50,000 Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 10/- per share at the price of Rs. 11.50/- per share including the premium of Rs. 1.50/- per share, to Promoters and Non Promoters on preferential basis"
