This Small Company IT Company Fixes Record Date For Dividend

Nucleus Software Exports in its filing has revealed the record date for its final dividend. Let's check the details:

Record date for the dividend:

Record date is the date basis which the company decides on the shareholders eligibility for the eligibility i.e. to be eligible for the announced date the shareholders must be having the shares of the company in their demat as on this date. The date fixed by Nucleus Software is July 1, 2022.

Dividend and other relevant details:

" We wish to inform you that Thirty Third Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Nucleus Software Exports Limited will be held on Friday, July 08, 2022, at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC) and the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books
of the Company shall remain closed during the period July 02, 2022 to July 8, 2022 (both days
inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend. The Dividend, if
approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be payable to such members whose names appear on
the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the records of National
Securities Depositories Ltd. and Central Depository Services ( India) Ltd., at close of business hours as on cut-off date July 01, 2022", said the company's release.

The company has declared a final dividend of 70% of face value of Rs. 10 each i.e. Rs. 7.

 

Company's financials:

The company's financials are improving and from revenue at Rs. 109.32 crore in the December quarter of Fy22, the firm reported revenues at Rs. 140.72 crore in the March ended quarter. Also, the profitability at the concern is improving with improvement reported sequentially. In the March of Fy22, the firm reported PAT of Rs. 18.72 crore, more than double in the previous quarter. It is again a debt free concern with RoE on the lower side as compared to peers.
