LTM Dividend 2026: Board to Consider Payout on October 16; Stock Falls 1.26% Ahead of Q2 Results

Shares of LTM Limited earlier known as LTI Mindtree declined 1.26% on Monday, October 12, ahead of the IT services company's Q2 FY27 results. In the upcoming board meeting, where the company may consider an interim dividend for shareholders.

LTM shares Today fell Rs. 51.10 to Rs. 4,018.9 apiece on the BSE. The company's board is scheduled to meet on October 16th, to consider the unaudited financial results for the September quarter and the first half of the financial year 2026-27.
The board may also consider an interim dividend, although the company has not yet declared a payout or announced the dividend amount.

LTM has scheduled its board meeting for October 16th, to review its financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

LTM Interim Dividend 2026

Alongside its quarterly results, LTM's board may consider an interim dividend for FY27.

The company has fixed October 23rd as the record date for determining eligible shareholders, subject to the board approving the proposed dividend.

The corporate filing mentioned, "the Board of Directors may also consider a proposal to declare an interim dividend on the equity shares of face value Re. 1 each and the 'Record Date' for payment of interim dividend, if declared, would be Friday, October 23, 2026."

LTM Dividend History

Previously, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 22 per share on October 16, 2025. The record date and ex-dividend date for that payout were October 24, 2025.

Later, on April 23, 2026, the company announced a final dividend of Rs. 53 per share for FY26, with May 25, 2026, set as the record date. Based on these two payouts, the company's total dividend for FY26 amounted to ₹75 per share.
