How to Claim Nagaland Lottery Prize Money

For prizes exceeding Rs 10,000, winners are required to submit a formal claim application to the Director of Nagaland State Lotteries or the designated Nodal Officer. The application must clearly mention the claimant's name, postal address, contact number and complete details of the winning ticket.

Applicants must also enclose supporting documents, including a PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, bank account details along with a cancelled cheque, and the original winning lottery ticket.

Additionally, three recent passport-size photographs, self-attested copies of the required documents certified by a First-Class Magistrate or Notary Public, along with a duly executed affidavit declaring ownership of the winning ticket, must accompany the claim application for verification and processing.
