The claim must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. Winners are required to submit the original winning lottery ticket, a duly filled official claim form available on nagalandlotteries.com, a government-recognised photo ID such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID, passport-size photographs, and bank account details for prize transfer via NEFT or RTGS.

The ticket must be kept undamaged, unaltered, and flat. Damaged or tampered tickets are commonly rejected by the lottery department. Standard processing time for prize disbursement after submission of documents is approximately 60 days.
