Tata AIA has launched two new fund offers (NFOs) to give a dual benefit of investment in equities and life insurance coverage. The two NFOs, ie Tata AIA Sector Leaders Index Fund and Tata AIA Sector Leaders Index Pension Fund, will be available for investment till September 22.
Launched this Monday, both the NFOs offer investment opportunity in index funds, which uses a disciplined approach to identify these top-performing companies and employ a systematic investment strategy. Here are all the details about the NFO launched today.
How Much It Will Cost For Investment?
Both the NFOs wil be available for subscription at an initial price of Rs 10 per unit, during the New Fund Offer (NFO) period. The fund charges will also be exempted from GST in alignment with the new GST norm coming into effect on September 22, 2025.
Key Features of NFOs
Tata AIA Sector Leaders Index Fund will invest in India's top-performing companies. It will offer opportunity for long-term wealth creation. Tata AIA Sector Leaders Index Pension Fund will be available for those who have subscribed to Tata AIA's unit-linked pension solutions. The NFO is designed to help customers build a robust retirement corpus through systematic investments in sector leaders.
As per the company press release, Tata AIA funds offer timely exposure to growth oriented firms and help people get the most out of transformation of India's in its growth story. Both the funds track the BSE India Sector Leaders Customised Index, comprising up to three of the largest companies from each sector in the top 500 list, with exposure to 61 companies across 21 industries.
Tata AIA Funds follow a systematic, rule-based methodology that limits sector concentration, and ensure broad-based exposure without over-dependence on a single sector.
The funds are available for subscription at ₹10 per unit during the New Fund Offer period, ending on 22nd September 2025. Notably, fund charges will be exempt from GST under the new norms effective from the same date. Investors can access these funds through Tata AIA Life Insurance's unit-linked solutions, combining life insurance coverage with long-term wealth creation benefits.
