The company today has announced second interim dividend for the Fy ending 2022 of Rs. 27 or 270% per share of Rs. 10. The record date for the said dividend i.e. to determine the eligibility of shareholders entitled for the dividend pay out is March 17, 2022, while the ex-date which usually falls a day before the record date is March 16, 2022. The dividend payment date as provided in the filing shall be on or before March 25, 2022. Notably in the same release, the company mentioned that earlier for the same fiscal the company announced interim dividend of Rs. 10 which was duly paid to eligible shareholders on November 24, 2021.

The small cap company from the biotech space in its filing on March 7, 2022 said that the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, on March 7, 2022have approved and recommended the issuance of fully paid-up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 fully paid up equity share for every 1 (one) fully paid up equity share held, subject to the shareholders' approval through Postal Ballot.
