Issue details: The public issue is entirely an OFS by current shareholders including the promoter-Ravi B Goyal. Issue size of the offer is Rs. 680 crore. The issue will close on January 21, 2022.

1 lot- 85 shares of AGS Transact, hence a minimum investment of Rs. 15,045 by an investor will be involved.

Post the issue, promoters stake in the firm will be reduced by 32% with Ravi Goyal offloading 3.8 crore shares in the firm valuing Rs. 677 crore. Also, post the issue, public shareholding in the scrip shall increase to 33.26% from the present 1.1%.
