Novartis India Sets Record Date For Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Novartis India issued as on July 11, "The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Friday, 10th May, 2024 had recommended a Final Dividend of INR 25/- per share (of Face Value of INR 5/- each) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 31st July, 2024.

In continuation to the above and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2024. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, such dividend will be paid / dispatched, subject to deduction of tax at source after the AGM."
