Balmer Lawrie investments Issues Update On Stock Split: As per the exchange filing issued on July 11, "This is with reference to our intimation dated 10th June, 2024 regarding Notice of Postal Ballot dated 28th May 2024 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inforn that the Members of the Company have approved the following Ordinary/Special resolutions pertaining to Special Business through Postal Ballot by remote e-voting:

Item No. 1 - Ordinary Resolution - Splitting/Sub-dividing of one (l) Equity Share from face value of Rs. 10/- each into ten (10) Equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid-up, ranking pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up equity shares, w.e.f. the date fixed for the purpose by the Board of the Company."

Balmer Lawrie Dividend: Board of Directors at its Meeting dated 28th May, 2024 has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 38/- (Rupee thirty eight only) per Equity Share on 2,21,97,269 Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 st March, 2024. The said dividend, if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid within 30 days from the date of such declaration.
