Benchmark Indices today opened in the negative zone as the crude prices crossed past $91 per barrel. At the market open BSE Sensex fell over 200 points to open at 77,418 and Nifty50 opened near 24,223.85.

Paytm, Oberoi Realty, SPR Auto Technologies, Netweb Technologies, GMR Airports, Nelco, KPI Green Energy and Bharti Airtel are among the stocks that are going to stay in focus. Here are the top stocks to watch in today's trading session.

Stocks To Watch Today

Paytm

One 97 Communications, the parent company of Paytm, is going to be in focus after Resilient Asset Management B.V. proposed to sell up to a 4.98% stake in the fintech company through a block trade.

The proposed floor price was set at Rs. 1,535.10 per share, a discount to Paytm's previous closing price. The transaction could be worth nearly Rs. 4,895 crore.

Netweb Technologies

Netweb Technologies is another key stock to watch after the company launched a Rs. 1,200 crore QIP. The company has set a floor price of Rs. 4,885.90 per share, representing a discount to its previous market price.

Oberoi Realty

Oberoi Realty will be in focus after the Haryana Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) rejected Advance India Projects Ltd.'s plea seeking cancellation of the licence and developer approval for Oberoi Realty's Three Sixty North project in Gurugram.

SPR Auto Technologies

SPR Auto Technologies, formerly known as Shriram Pistons & Rings, has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise around Rs. 1,000 crore. The floor price for the issue has been set at Rs. 4,438.20 per equity share. The fund-raising will be closely watched by investors as the company seeks to raise fresh institutional capital through the QIP route.

GMR Airports

GMR Airports Infrastructure will be in focus after the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport in Visakhapatnam commenced commercial operations.

The airport, developed and operated by GMR Visakhapatnam International Airport Ltd., has begun connecting Visakhapatnam with destinations across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

DCX Systems

DCX Systems said it has received purchase orders worth approximately Rs. 15.19 cr from customers. The orders involve the manufacture and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies and include both domestic and export orders.

Nelco

Nelco, the Tata Group's satellite communication services provider, announced a partnership and $20 million investment in US-based Lunar Holdco Inc., which operates as Elveo Mobile.

Bharti Airtel

Bharti Airtel will be watched after Airtel Payments Bank announced a leadership transition. Sunil Mittal, founder and chairman of Bharti Enterprises, will step down as non-executive chairman and from the board of Airtel Payments Bank effective September 30th.

Shabnam Sinha will take over as chairperson for a three-year term beginning October 1, 2026, subject to the required RBI approval.
