Tata Capital Dividend 2026: Check Final Dividend Record Date, Payout Amount and All Details

Tata Capital Ltd today announced the record date for the final dividend for FY26, the financial year ended March 31.. The board had earlier recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.57 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each, and this payout will distributed after the approval by shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Dividend Payment Timeline

Tata Capital's 35th AGM has been scheduled for August 19, at 11 am. If shareholders approve the dividend at the AGM, the payout will be made on or after August 24, 2026, after deduction of tax at source (TDS), as applicable.

In its filing, Tata Capital said shareholders that with the implementation of the Income-tax Act, 2025, effective from April 1, 2026, dividends paid or distributed by a company are taxable in the hands of shareholders. Accordingly, the company will deduct tax at source while making the dividend payment, once declared at the AGM.

In an exchange filing, Tata Capital said on Monday that it has acquired a majority stake in Kerala-based Yogakshemam Loans also called Yogloans. Yogloans is an RBI-registered non-banking financial company (NBFC) primarily focused on gold loans.
After the completion of the deal Tata Capital will hold around 88.6% of the company's issued and paid-up share capital on a fully-diluted basis, as mentioned in the exchange filing.
