Tembo Global Industries Announces New Stock Split Record Date;Stock Rallies Over 4%

Tembo Global Industries has today announced a revision in its record date for the scheduled stock split

Previously, the Engineering and industrial equipment manufacturer had fixed Friday, August 14, as the record date to determine eligibility for the subdivision of its equity shares. The Board of Directors approved this date after the shareholder consent was obtained during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on Friday, July 10.

Tembo Global Stock Split Details

Under the proposed stock split, each existing equity share with a face value of Rs. 10 will be subdivided into 10 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 1 each. While the number of shares held by investors will increase ten times, the overall value of their investment will stay similar immediately after the split.

The shares of Tembo Global Industries today traded mostly in the higher range, recording gains throughout the session.

At around 3 PM, the stock was trading at Rs. 552.75, up by 4.21%. The counter has seen massive volatility in the last six months, during which it recorded only 1.65% gains. However, in the longer term, the stock has given multibagger to the shareholders since the Tembo Global Industries Shares surged 168% over the last five years.

Tembo Global Industries FY26 Financial

In the last fiscal year, Tembo Global Industries reported strong earnings growth. The Board of Directors approved the audited results at a meeting held on May 25, 2026.

The company's Revenue from operations for FY26 rose 46.7% YoY to Rs. 1,090.2 crore, up from Rs .743.2 crore in FY25. For the fourth quarter alone, revenue grew 26.3% year-on-year to Rs. 346 crore, compared to Rs. 274 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA for the full year increased 55.4% to Rs .142.5 crore, with margins expanding by 74 basis points to 13.1%.

On the bottom line, consolidated net profit for FY26 climbed 79.7% to Rs. 98.2 crore, against Rs .54.7 crore in the previous year.
