Upcoming Bonus Shares 2024: 6 Companies Set To Reward Bonus Shares, Rs 100 Dividend

Six companies will soon start rewarding bonus shares to their shareholders beginning from July 6 to July 13, 2024. These companies are Kaycee Industries Ltd, Remedium Lifecare Ltd, Clara Industries Ltd, Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd., Alphalogic Techsys Ltd, and Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd. These companies have already fixed record date for bonus shares. Some of these stocks offered traders multibagger returns. Board of Kaycee also recommended Rs 100/share dividend along with 1:10 stock split. Check key details below:

1. Kaycee Industries: Kaycee Industries recommended bonus share in the proportion of 4:1 The record date for bonus share is July 6, 2024. Last trading price of Kaycee Industries share on BSE is Rs 1365.50 per share and it offered return of 271% in last 3-months. Board of Directors of Kaycee Industries Ltd declared final dividend of Rs 60 per share and special dividend of Rs 40 per share. The company also considered and approved stock split/sub-division of shares in the ratio of 1:10. It set August 9, 2024 as the record date for dividend.

The BSE filing of Kaycee dated May 28, 2024 stated, "approved Issue of Bonus Shares by way of capitalization of reserves, to the equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 4:1 i.e., 4 (Four) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten only} each held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date (to be determined by the Board) subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company."

2. Remedium Lifecare: Pharmaceuticals sector company Remedium Lifecare Ltd fixed July 06, 2024 as the record date for 3:1 bonus share implying shareholders will receive 3 bonus shares for every 1 share held as on the July 6, 2024. Last trading price of Remedium Lifecare Ltd share on BSE is Rs 20.94 per share. Remedium Lifecare shares hit 20% upper circuit on July 5, 2024. Remedium Lifecare shares offered 39% return in last 1-week only.

3. Clara Industries: The company on May 25 recommended 4:1 bonus issue and fixed July 8, 2024 as the record date. Last trading price of Clara Industries share on BSE is Rs 233.10 per share with intraday fall of 5.57%. Clara Industries offered 151% return in last 2-years. Clara Industries also recommended an Interim Dividend of 5% i.e 0.50 paise per Equity Shares of fully paid of Rs. 10/-each. The Record date for payment of Interim Dividend was 06th June, 2024.

4. Alliance Integrated Metaliks: Small cap company operating under metals sector, Alliance Integrated Metaliks recommended bonus share in the proportion of 2:1 implying shareholders will be eligible to receive 2 bonus shares for every one share held as on the record date. The record date for 2:1 bonus issue is July 11, 2024.

FIIs stake in Alliance Integrated Metaliks stood at 1.9%. Last trading price of Alliance Integrated Metaliks share on BSE is Rs 93.09 per share. Alliance Integrated Metaliks shares offered 113% return in last 6-months.

5: Alphalogic Techsys: Last trading price of Alphalogic Techsys share on BSE is Rs 301.00 per share on BSE. Alphalogic Techsys shares hit upper circuit on July 5, 2024. Alphalogic Techsys shares offered 199% return in last 3-months only. Alphalogic Techsys fixed July 13, 2024 as the record date for bonus issue. It had recommended 14:48 bonus share.

As per the BSE filing dated July 2, "we would like to inform you that the Company has fixed Saturday, July 13, 2024, as the ''Record Date'', for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 14 (Fourteen) Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 05/- each for every 48 (Forty Eight) existing Equity Share of Rs. 05/- each held."

6: Filtra Consultants and Engineers: Last trading price of Filtra Consultants share on BSE is Rs 120.50 per share. Filtra Consultants shares offered 193% return in last 1-year. It recommended 1:3 bonus share and fixed July 13 as the record date.
