Under this bonus share scheme, every shareholder holding one fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10 will receive one additional share of Rs. 10.

KSE Ltd Stock Split Record Date: October 28th

Another stock is KSE Ltd, a small-cap FMCG company, which has decided to implement a stock split. The company's board-approved stock subdivision, under which each existing equity share of Rs. 10 face value will be split into ten shares of Rs. 1 each. The record date for the same has been set at 28 October.

BEML Ltd 1:2 Stock Split Record Date November 3

Public sector enterprise BEML Ltd has also announced its first-ever stock split, and the Board of Directors approved the 1:2 stock split during its meeting held on September 29th and fixed Monday, November 3rd, as the record date.

As per the official filing, BEML said, "The existing one equity share of Rs. 10 each fully paid up will be subdivided into two equity shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid up."
